Terms of Service
By accessing Reedfold, purchasing digital designs, or downloading digital assets, you agree to abide by the following binding Terms of Service.
Digital Delivery & Instant Access
All products offered on Reedfold are digital download assets (including SVG, DXF, PNG, EPS, and high-resolution JPG files). Upon successful payment authorization by our payment gateway, unique, authenticated download access is generated immediately. No physical items, frames, or substrates will be shipped via postal freight.
Standard Commercial License (5,000 Units)
Every purchase automatically includes our Standard Commercial License, granting small studios, independent artisans, and makers permission to produce and sell up to 5,000 finished physical products (such as t-shirts, signs, mugs, tote bags, stickers, or framed prints) per purchased design. Digital resale, sublicensing, repackaging, free sharing, or distributing the raw digital files—in whole or in part—is strictly prohibited under international copyright law.
Extended Commercial & Mass Production Licensing
If your production volume exceeds 5,000 physical units, or if you intend to utilize our design assets in corporate brand identities, nationwide retail distribution, or broadcast media, an Extended Commercial License is required. Please contact our licensing desk at support@reedfold.com to obtain customized commercial licensing terms.
Software & Hardware Compatibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess compatible cutting machines, desktop printers, sublimation equipment, or graphic design software (such as Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Glowforge UI, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva). We provide detailed file specifications and ratio charts on each product page, but do not provide third-party software training.
Intellectual Property & Studio Rights
All artwork, typography layouts, vector geometry, photography, and instructional text remain the exclusive intellectual property of Reedfold Studio. Purchasing a license grants limited commercial manufacturing rights for physical goods, but does not transfer copyright ownership of the underlying digital artwork.
